PROGEF Standard (PP-H)

The highly resistant system offers numerous fields of application in industries. High stress fracture-, pressure-, abrasion- , corrosion- and temperature-resistance are only some of the advantageous characteristic properties for the durable polypropylene system. Its fine, homogeneous material structure furthermore offers outstanding weldability and low heat distortion.

Temperature range 0°C to +80°C.

PROGEF Plus (PP-H)

Cleaned and packed in specified processes, the silicone-free or oil-free PROGEF Plus system has a high pureness factor. The system is widely used in demanding applications, where features such as an outstanding surface finish and excellent leach-out characteristics offer additional benefit. The components are double-bagged to ensure cleanliness and prevent contamination before installation.

Temperature range 0°C to +80°C.

PROGEF Natural, the transparent, pigment-free polypropylene product range offers beneficial properties such as excellent clean, smooth surfaces, high chemical and temperature resistance, and additionally the bead and crevice free jointing technologies. PROGEF Natural provides a cost-efficient solution for high purity applications.

(ß)-PP-H聚丙烯管路系统
Georg Fischer PP-H目前PROGEF Plus(洁净(ß)-PP-H)主要应用于微电子行业或TFT/LCD的去离子水系统。普通(ß)-PP-H)用于工艺冷却水和化工行业的耐腐蚀性介质输送，同时也广泛应用于钢厂（酸洗、酸再生、酸雾）、烟气脱硫、离子膜烧碱等管路系统中
GF生产的Beta-（(ß)-PP-H）-PP-H聚丙烯管路系统，其原料具有独特的均一性，细密的晶相结构使其抗冲击性能得到显著提高，高结晶度确保了其优良的耐化学性。通过添加二氧化钛使Beta-(ß)-PP-H性能得到进一步的提高。其长期蠕变应力由ISO9080标准下的耐受实验鉴定为MRS10。GF提供给用户的是完整的塑料管路系统，包括管材、管件、阀门、连接技术和服务。
PP-H产品主要特点：
PP-H冲击强度: 与传统的（α）-PP-H相比较，(ß)-PP-H具有显著的低温抗冲击强度。
PP-H耐压:在所有应用于管路系统的聚丙烯材料中，(ß)-PP-H具有*高的耐压性能（MRS10）.
